Student/Employee COVID-19 Testing
ALWAYS STAY HOME IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS, ARE SICK,
OR ARE WAITING FOR YOUR SCHEDULED COVID-19 TESTING APPOINTMENT.
Test privately and provide the school nurse results.

Nurses and qualified staff will be available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY to COVID-19 test the below people:
1. Providence Hall students/employees who are currently experiencing COVID-19 symptoms
2. Providence Hall students/employees who are on quarantine but would like to test on day 7 of their quarantine if they have no COVID-19 symptoms (exposure day is day 0)
You must schedule an appointment for a Providence Hall student/employee
to be tested at Providence Hall.

You must register in the RedCap system with Providence Hall
BEFORE your scheduled Providence Hall testing appointment using the link below.
- A parent/guardian must register any student under the age of 18.
- Employees register themselves.
- To register in RedCap you must use the link below, as it is specific to Providence Hall.
