If you are interested in enrolling your student at Providence Hall for the 2019-2020 school year, please click on the link below to submit an enrollment request. Be aware that submitting a request here does not guarantee your student’s enrollment at Providence Hall. This is simply the first step of the lottery process. After filling out the form here, your information will be fed into the lottery system. You’ll be assigned a number that will be sent to your email—make sure to save it! If your student is selected during the lottery, you will be contacted via email by one of the Registrars.
Providence Hall Charter School accepts kindergarten through 12th grade students, with the exception of students who have been expelled/suspended from their previous school or have other pending disciplinary issues. We reserve the right to decline enrollment to students if false, misleading, or incomplete information is included on the enrollment documents. However, each student’s enrollment request will be looked at on a case by case basis.
The enrollment lottery takes place each year the second Thursday of February 10am at our elementary school (for the following school year acceptances).
You do not have to be present for the lottery. After the lottery has taken place, notifications will begin starting with 12th grade students and go down each grade level from there. To check your lottery status please click on the link above. If you do not receive an immediate acceptance notification, you may receive one at any time during the year if an opening occurs. Please contact the school with any questions.
