Online Payment to Student Lunch Account – Payments are made through e-Funds, the system Providence Hall uses for fee payments.

Manual Payment

To manually deposit money into your student’s account instead of using e-Funds, have student(s) bring a check or money in an envelope with student’s name and Skyward number (4-digit student ID#) both written on the “notes” section of the check and on the front of the envelope. There is a lock box located in the office in which the envelope should be placed.

NOTE – Providence Hall will not allow student(s) to carry a negative account balance.

FREE & REDUCED PRICED MEALS

Student meals will be FREE for all students for the 21-22 school year regardless of income. However, this does not grant “Free or Reduced” status for any state, fee waiver, or other programs that may require such status. The Pandemic EBT and Summer PEBT programs require students to have a Meals Benefits Application in order to qualify for state benefits, so Providence Hall would like to encourage everyone to still fill out an Application for Free and Reduced Priced Meals.

Providence Hall has been approved by the State of Utah to offer free and reduced priced meals to students who qualify.

Note that the Free and Reduced Priced Meals Application is NOT the same as the Fee Waiver Application (https://providencehall.com/parents/fee-waiver/). Both applications need to be filled out and submitted to qualify for both.
