Reflective

A reflective person gives thoughtful consideration to their own strengths and weaknesses.  They do this in such a way as to allow them to make positive changes where necessary.

Here are some quotes about being reflective from some notable historical figures:

“A moral being is one who is capable of reflecting on his past actions and their motives-of approving of some and disapproving of others."   Charles Darwin

“Reading without reflecting is like eating without digesting."   Edmund Burke

"Knowledge is ancient error reflecting on its youth."   Francis Picabia

"I'm always sort of reflecting on what I do on what I've done.  Usually before I make a new album, I'll listen to the previous albums just to see where I've been."   Lenny Kravitz
