Some of our debate team members went to see the governor sign a law naming March 3rd as Speech and Debate Education Day. The law ran into some legislative issues, so it wasn't passed while they were there. But we had a good experience at the capital.

Hello,
Thursday, February 23rd is another Virtual Learning Day. Like the previous day there will not be synchronous learning or new content assigned. AP teachers may email new assignments; however, students who do not have access to computers will have three school days to make up these assignments.
A student’s responsibility during a Virtual Learning Day is to complete one assignment from the attached list and to bring back proof of completion to their homeroom teacher on Monday, February 27th to count as attendance. *I have emailed a new Virtual Learning Day form that has two signature verification sections for 2/22 and 2/23. Copies of this form will be made available to students who do not have access to a printer in their 1st period class on Friday.
Your students teachers will be available via email from 7:30am – 3:00pm to answer questions about past assignments and current grades. The Midterm Deadline is this Friday. After this date students are no longer able to turn in late assignments. Today is the perfect day to make up late assignments that teachers are still accepting for credit.
Thank you,

parents and students:
Given the continued challenges with the unprecedented snow accumulation along with the distance our students and faculty travel, Providence Hall will be canceling in person school tomorrow Feb 23rd. We will continue with another virtual learning day. Thank you for your patience and understanding
