Parents and Students:
We are excited about the new renovation of our field and facility up at the high school. We are opening several fundraising opportunities for companies, students, families, faculty, staff, and parents. Companies can advertise on the scoreboard, fence, and gym, depending on the level. Additionally, we will be offering parents, faculty, staff, and students who want a legacy brick to purchase one that will be put on the south wall next to the concessions stand. If you are interested in a family/faculty/staff brick or a student brick, please go to the sponsorship tab on the website or click on the following link:
https://www.providencehall.com/page/sponsorships to complete the sponsorship form. We will contact interested parties in July to get information on what they want on the brick, logos, and information for corporate sponsors. We are excited about this opportunity for parents, students, faculty, staff, and alumni. If you have any questions, please contact Nathan Marshall at
nmarshall@providencehall.com.

Hi Parents,
We wanted to make parents aware of a generalized social media post that is being circulated regarding a threat to a school. We're actively working with law enforcement and SafeUt to ensure our kids' safety is the top priority. We've spoken directly with SafeUT and Herriman Police Department and there is no direct tie to Providence Hall. The report being sent is a screenshot with a very general threat with no ties to a specific area, but as it's being circulated around social media, small details are being added. We are fortunate to have a School Resource Officer (Officer Rice) on campus, and out of an abundance of caution, we will continue to monitor the schools and kids.
We understand that incidents like these can be concerning for parents and guardians. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our school office. We are here to support you and provide any additional information you may need.
Thank you for your continued support,
Providence Hall Administration
